Walking Dinner on Tuesday 19 March
The Walking Dinner will start at 19.45 hrs and is offered to all participants and exhibitors. The Walking Dinner takes place on level 1 and level 2 of the Concertgebouw.
Guided Visit of the City on Wednesday 20 March
Experienced city guides will take you on a fascinating walking tour through Bruges’ rich history.
The city tour will start at 18.00 hrs sharp and will end on the Burg Square, one of the main squares in Bruges, surrounded by historic buildings including the Basilica of the Holy Blood. Duration of the tour: 1.5 hrs.
Meeting point: outside the main entrance of the Concertgebouw.
Separate registration and payment is required: 15 Euro (VAT included).
Congress Dinner on Thursday 21 March
The Congress Dinner will take place at Brewery ‘De Halve Maan’, located in the heart of the city, at a mere 5 to 10 minutes’ walking distance from most of the hotels. The evening consists of 2 parts:
19.30 Guided Visit of the Brewery
An experienced guide of the brewery will introduce you to the world of hop and malt in this state-of-the-art brewing house.
20.30 Dinner at the Brewery
After a tempting culinary feast with various beers carefully pairing with the menu, some volunteers will learn to pull their own beer under the guidance of a beer sommelier during a Beer Masterclass.
Important note There are 220 steps to take during the tour of our brewery, these steps can be steep so please wear appropriate footwear. It is possible to skip the tour and join for dinner at 20.30 hrs.
