All presentations are listed in the Preliminary Programme, which is available here.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP TO THE TIME allotted for your presentation (check your notification letter and the timings in the programme).

• Speaking time for Invited talks (I) is 17 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
• Speaking time for Oral presentations (O) is 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.

You can use the official template to prepare your PPT presentation. If not, please make sure to provide your conflict of interest.

Bring your PPT presentation on a USB key and upload it at the speakers’ desk, located on the ground floor of the Concertgebouw.

 

Preparing your presentation

Poster presentations will take place during the lunch breaks on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 March.

Poster Tour 1

The presenters of the posters P1 through P80 are requested to be present at their posters for Q&A from 12.45 until 13.30 hrs on Wednesday 20 March.

Poster Tour 2

The presenters of the posters P81 through P165 and LBP1 through LBP6 are requested to be present at their posters for Q&A from 12.45 until 13.30 hrs on Thursday 21 March.

 

Check the programme for your day allocation.

The format of these hard copy posters should be:

• max width: 90 cm (35 inches)
• max height: 120-150 cm (47 – 59 inches) (= PORTRAIT position).

This is approximately ‘A0’ size.

Installation of the posters:

Tuesday 19 March between 16.00 and 20.00 hrs &

Wednesday 20 March, between 08.00 and 11.00 hrs

Removal of the posters:

Friday 22 March, between 13.00 and 14.00 hrs

Fixing material will be available onsite.

Your poster should have visual impact to be able to easily communicate your research: Introduction and Conclusion should be concise and clear. Feel free to include diagrams or pictures. QR codes are allowed too.

The Lupus 2024 organisation offers a printing service for posters.

It is imperative that posters are A0 size and are submitted as a ready-to-print pdf file with bleed and crop marks* to arielle@medicongress.com together with the credit card authorization form for the amount of € 55,00 or € 65,00.

*A0 + bleed =  84,7 x 119,5 cm or 33,3 x 47 inches

Ordered posters can be collected at the registration desk at the Concertgebouw at the start of the Meeting.
